Candidates submit compliance documents — right-to-work, DBS checks, SIA licences, BS7858 vetting, BPSS and SC clearances — into a Salesforce-based VMS. Our workflow picks up each submission automatically using browser automation, extracts and reads the document content using AI-powered OCR, validates it against the specific compliance requirements for that placement, and either approves it instantly or flags the issue with a written explanation of exactly what's wrong and what's needed.
